Raw material inspection
Copper purity, steel grade and epoxy resin integrity are inspected against IEC 60034-1 design specs.
In-process machining audits
Real-time inspection of CNC machining and assembly to ensure zero mechanical defects.
Final performance testing
Motor testing: amperage, efficiency, power factor and insulation leakage up to 5,000 VDC. Pump testing: flow, head and efficiency to ISO 9906. Motor testing + witness performance testing (IEEE) on request.
