Three checks. Every unit. No sampling.

Every unit is checked against its manual before it leaves the factory. The data on the nameplate is what you get in the well.

  1. Raw material inspection

    Copper purity, steel grade and epoxy integrity are tested against our design specifications before anything is machined.

  2. In-process machining audit

    Quality staff inspect every stage of machining, winding and assembly, not just the finished motor.

  3. Final performance validation

    Efficiency, amperage and power factor are measured on full load to IEEE 112 Method A before dispatch.
